Employers setup a tax-free Healthcare Reimbursement Account (HRA) for each retiree (and dependents).
The HRA limits are determined annually by the employer. Funds from the HRA can be used to pay Medicare Part
B premiums, Medicare Advantage or supplement insurance premiums and co-pays associated with these plans.
If desired, funds can be used for any IRS 213d qualifying expense.

needs. Senior Educators provides a personalized website with each retiree’s available plan options, which
can be co-branded to match each employer’s website. All retirees get both electronic and live one-on-one
